By utilizing the products or services provided by Ridgeview Resources, LLC ("Ridgeview Resources," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products and Services

Ridgeview Resources offers software and data analytics products and services.


3. Client Responsibilities


You agree to use our products and services only for lawful purposes.

You will not:

• Use our products or services to engage in illegal activities.
• Share any information regarding our products or services that could be deemed confidential or proprietary with third parties unless explicitly agreed to in writing.
• Engage in activities involving reverse engineering of our products or services.
• Spam or engage in disruptive behavior using our products or services.

4. Limitation of Liability


Ridgeview Resources shall not be responsible for any damage caused by using our products or services, or third-party integrations within. Our products and services are provided "as is" and come with no warranties unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

5. Termination of Services


Products or services may be terminated if:

• The customer engages in illegal activity.
• The Client violates any clause (financial or non-financial obligation) within an active contract between Ridgeview Resources, LLC and Client.

6. Dispute Resolution


Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration by a neutral third party, selected by Ridgeview Resources. Arbitration will take place in Nevada, and the laws of Nevada will govern these Terms, regardless of customer location.
