Opt-Out Methods:

If you wish to opt-out of receiving phone call communications, you may contact us to manually register on our Internal Do Not Contact (IDNC) list by emailing info@rres.io. Your request will be honored promptly.

Do Not Contact (DNC) List Registry and Rights:

We comply with federal and state Do Not Contact (DNC) regulations. If you are registered on either the federal or state DNC list, Ridgeview Resources will not call you unless you explicitly opt-in to receive phone call communications from us. If you choose to opt-in, your consent to receive communications will be permanent unless you later decide to opt-out.

However, if a DNC-registered individual initiates contact with Ridgeview Resources and establishes a business-consumer relationship (e.g., by utilizing services or engaging in business discussions), Ridgeview Resources reserves the right to contact that individual for up to 18 months as legislation allows. This is implicit and does not require an explicit opt-in. The 18-month period begins from the last date of tangible activity related to the customer-business relationship. During this 18-month period, you may opt-out of future communications at any time by contacting us at info@rres.io to be placed on our Internal Do Not Call List.‍
